34 – 20 business days prior to departure - 30% of the total tour cost*

19 – 8 business days prior to departure - 50% of the total tour cost*

7 business days or less prior to departure - 100% of the total tour cost

 

*In addition to the above penalties, any non-recoverable charges from our

suppliers will be charged.If airline tickets have been issued already, there will

be additional non-recoverable charges in addition to the above penalties. In

some cases, the airline tickets may be totally non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

If the minimum requirement of 20 people has not been met, JTA Travel reserves the right

to cancel the tour.
